Job Details:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Ontario. This position requires bilingual fluency in Chinese and English. This is a great opportunity for those seeking a stable career, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:•
• Dispatch & Routing: Coordinate daily schedules for truck drivers and plan optimal routes to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and warehouse staff. Must be able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor driver status and shipment locations; troubleshoot issues such as traffic delays or mechanical problems.
• Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, handle data entry, and maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Requirements:
• Language: Must be fluent in Chinese and English (verbal and written).
• Experience: Experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred, but no experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
