🔹 1. Accounting / Finance Specialist (2 Openings)

• Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks.

  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.

• Requirements:

  • ✅ Must have a background in Finance or Accounting.

  • ✅ Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is preferred.

  • ✅ Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude.

🔹 2. Freight Forwarder Operations (OP) (2 Openings)

• Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including booking, tracking, and dispatching.

  • Prepare and process import/export documentation (Air/Ocean).

  • Communicate with carriers, truckers, and clients to ensure timely delivery.

• Requirements:

  • ✅ Must have prior experience as a Forwarder OP or in Logistics Operations.

  • ✅ Familiarity with logistics software and shipping procedures.
